No‑Return Policy
At Aphotic Cottage, all sales are final. Because our pieces are vintage, one‑of‑a‑kind, and often delicate, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
