At Aphotic Cottage, each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely to its new home. Because our pieces are vintage and one‑of‑a‑kind, shipping practices are designed to protect their unique character and condition.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During high‑volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After an item is in the carrier’s possession, Aphotic Cottage is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Any concerns regarding transit should be directed to the carrier using your tracking number.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Some items may require additional packaging due to fragility or size.
